Mental Health Assessment
A comprehensive assessment that is completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP.) The evaluation will assess current clinical symptom/presentation and behaviors. The assessment will include bio-psychosocial information, clinical impressions, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
Trauma Assessment
This assessment is completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) and includes a trauma-informed clinical history, standardized measures, and behavioral observations. The evaluation results in clinical impressions, diagnostic formulation, and treatment recommendations.
Substance Abuse Assessment
This assessment is conducted by a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP). It includes a biopsychosocial evaluation, clinical assessment, and standardized measures. Following the evaluation, the clinician provides clinical impressions and treatment recommendations.
