Mental Health Assessment
A comprehensive assessment that is completed by a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP.) The evaluation will assess current clinical symptom/presentation and behaviors. The assessment will include bio-psychosocial information, clinical impressions, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
Trauma Assessment
This is a comprehensive assessment that is completed by a LMHP. During the assessment process, the LMHP will complete a trauma profile history using various standardized measures and behavioral observations. The assessment will provide clinical impressions, diagnosis, and include treatment recommendations.
Substance Abuse Assessment
This is a comprehensive assessment that is completed by a LMHP. During the assessment process, the LMHP will complete a biopsychosocial , ASAM, standardized measures, and provide treatment recommendations.
